Artie Irene Henage was born in Buhl Idaho in 1931 to Parents, Dora Ann and Richard Thomas Henage. She passed away in Sacramento, CA on August 22, 2019, four days prior to her 88th birthday. Artie was the youngest of nine (four brothers and four sisters). She married Leland Charles Clark (Lee) on May 23, 1952 and changed her last name to Clark. She is survived by one sister, Doris Reese, and four children, Steve Clark, Pam Pennington, Ronda Roeszler, and David Clark. Sadly, her eldest daughter, Cheryl Clark, passed in 2017 and Lee passed in 1996. Artie was also survived by four son and daughter in laws, Nikki Clark (Steve), Rob Pennington (Pam), Jeff Roeszler (Ronda) and Shannon Clark (David) and was friends with ex son and daughter in law, Jeff Sears and Kim Dobyns, parents of three of her Grandchildren. She is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and 22 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. Artie loved to sew and create craft projects. She was skilled at making clothes, pillows, crafts and redecorated a couple times a year with homemade furniture covers and drapes. She made beautiful wreathes and Father Christmas figures which many of us received, in the early holiday years, and still have today. She also loved to bake and was famous for her delicious macaroni and potato salad, zucchini bread, and holiday cookies. Services will be held at Green Valley Mortuary and Cemetery in Rescue, CA on Friday, September 6, 2019. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., Service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and graveside service from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
