Christine M. Philebar Obituary (1945

Christine Margaret Philebar, 69, of Chesterfield England died November 8th, 2014 in Shingle Springs, CA. Christine was the daughter of Herbert and Margaret Ash, with surviving brothers John and Mick. She was the loving wife of Dana W. Philebar. Christine passed away following a long battle as result of stroke. She is survived by her husband Dana, and their daughter Kristi. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Alex, Danny, and Dana. Christine loved to write and wrote a column in the local Cameron Park newspaper for many years called FOOTLOOSE in the FOOTHILLS. She enjoyed getting out about and meeting people and writing about them and what was happening around the local area. She also had a group of many friends throughout of the world called the 'LOONS' whom she kept in touch via email. A few of her hobbies were crocheting (many have items of her great work), photography, animals, and plants. She and her great sense of humor will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Grave side service will be held this Monday the 17th at the Green Valley Mortuary in Cameron Park at 1pm.
