Eveline Welsh Obituary (1940

Eveline Welsh ascended into heaven May 4, 2016. She passed away peacefully in her dream home surrounded by family. She was born August 1, 1940 as Marie Therese Eveline Picard to Madeline and Roger Picard of Montreal, Canada. She moved to the United States when she was a young girl. In 1963, she Married Peter Bogy, they had a daughter, Deborah. Then May 10, 1975 she married the lover her life, Kenny Welsh, they had a son, D'Artagnan. Eveline and Kenny were entrepreneurs and owned Rocklin Saw Works and Elegant Glass. Eveline's artistry came through in her stained glass projects and home decor. Her love of Christmas and her selfless giving made an impact on so many people throughout her long life. She was a member of several social clubs; including Hangtown A's, New Comers Club, and Friends of the Cary House. She lived life to the fullest and did things her own way. Eveline was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Madeline Picard. She is survived by her husband, Kenny Welsh; brother, Bob Picard (June), daughter, Deborah Roberts (Dennis), son, D'Artagnan Welsh (Celeste), grandchildren, Justin Willey and Aramis Welsh, Paige Clark, Brook Eadie (Lee), James Roberts (Kerra), Decker Roberts, Nathan Kline and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 13, 2016, 11 am at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in El Dorado Hills. Reception will follow at the Welsh Residence. Private interment will take place Saturday at Green Valley Cemetery. The family would like to thank Snowline Hospice for their support and compassionate care of Eveline.
