Jeffrey Scott Brown was born December 5th, 1962-February 28,2023. Jeffrey Scott Brown was born December 5th 1962 to Wanda (Speck) Groves and Paul Groves in Modesto, California. Jeff was later adopted by his dad Johnny Brown. Jeff grew up in Merced, California. He attended Merced High School. He met and married his wife Odilia M. Garcia in 1982-1996. They have 2 beautiful children. His family relocated to Redding, California around 1994. He enjoyed camping along Hat Creek, and the surrounding areas of Shasta County. He was extremely proud of his children and their accomplishments. He always had a great sense of humor and often had his family rolling in laughter as he would retell his stories. He moved to El Dorado County around 2010 and lived the rest of his life in that area. Jeff passed away in his home on February 28th2023 in Cameron Park. Jeff leaves behind a daughter, Hannah Cano of Madera, California and a son Jeffrey Brown of Merced, California. He has 3 granddaughters and one grandson. His mother, Wanda Brown, and dad, Johnny Brown, his brother Kevin Brown and his sister Andrea Howell and Brother-in-law Brian Howell all from Redding California.
