Judy Mohorko died peacefully in her home surrounded by her children on January 30, 2022 at the age of 84. Born on February 4, 1937 in Oakland California, Judy was preceded in death by her parents Anthony Paul and Edith Gertrude Santana and her loving husband of 44 years, Pete Mohorko. Judy is survived by her daughters Julie Philpott, Laura Henry, and Susan Mohorko and her sons, Stephen Mohorko and Nate Mohorko. Judy's grandchildren include Madeline Henry, Jimmy Henry, and Joshua Lopez. Judy was a committed homemaker successfully raising five children as well as working in retail sales, teaching CCD and leading scout troops. She traveled the world including England, Germany, France, Austria, Spain, Greece, Italy, and Costa Rica. She joined the El Dorado Good Sam RV Club, currently the largest chapter in NorCal Good Sam Association, in 2005. Over her 17 years with the club, she served in numerous leadership roles including President and Secretary playing an important role in numerous successful excursions including the NorCal Rally and Good Sam Samborees, events with over 200 attendees. Judy was a parishioner at Holy Trinity Parish in El Dorado, California where she attended mass regularly and participated in the Welcome Committee, the Liturgy Ministry, and the Funeral Ministry. Services will be held at Holy Trinity Parish, 3111 Tierra De Dios Dr, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762, on February 11, 2022 at 11:00. A reception to celebrate Judy's life will be held after the service.
