Lucille was born June 30, 1921 in Carpenteria, California, and passed away peacefully in Folsom, California September 7, 2017 surrounded by family at the age of 96. She was preceded in death by her husband Emilio of 72 years. Survived by her daughters Emilia Ochoa, Barbara Hall, son Richard Ortiz, and son-in-law Dan Hall; Grandsons Cory and Andy Hall; Great grandchildren Brooke Kirk, Brenden Hall, Anthony Kirk, and Jake Hall. She had a passion for gardening and her beautiful gardens flowed with love and care. She also enjoyed music, and you could find her clapping and dancing at concerts. The theater was another place you would find her enjoying a musical or a play. An avid San Francisco 49-er fan, you could always find her on NFL Sunday sitting on the sofa wearing her red San Francisco 49-er Garfield sweatshirt. Win or lose she cheered and had fun. Lucy loved traveling, camping, and hiking with Emilio. They took many road trips across the country. Some of their most exciting trips were Niagara Falls, and hiking the Grand Canyon. She was a very sweet loving lady, was loved by all, and will be missed.
