Roxanna Lee Howard

Roxanna passed away Monday March 18, 2013 unexpectedly, she was born December 6,1956 to Lela Mae Carter and Arthur Brown in Port Hueneme CA. She was surrounded by loved ones. Roxanna spent the last 24 years working as a Tax Professional and had recently become an Enrolled Agent for H & R Block. Roxanna enjoyed riding her motorcycle and going on vacations, she also enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a great person with a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone who needed help with out ever asking for anything in return. Roxanna is survived by her mother Lela Mae Carter and her fathers Arthur Brown and John Carter, also by her siblings Carlene, Doug, Terry, Johnny, and Kelly, her daughters Charlie Mandy and Samantha, 4 grand children and her significant other Jerry Karr.
