Sharon Anne Farenbaugh went to be with the Lord on May 21, 2015. She was born to the late Ken and Lorraine Greenslit on January 6, 1938 in Morton, Minnesota. She was the beloved wife of Michael Farenbaugh for 59 years. Sharon was a loving mother to seven children, Kim, Jim, Anne (Michael Martinez), Mary Jo (Kurt von Tillow), Kevin and Jill (Mark Carson), and was preceded in death by her oldest son Kelly and her brother, Steve Greenslit. She was deeply loved by her seven grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica, Jon, Michael, Andrew, Kelli and Ryan. She will be missed by her great grandsons Carter and Jordan, and great grandson Cameron due in July. Sharon was a wonderful sister to Karole Ely, Jeanne Kuchynka (Gary) and Linda Haker (Keith). Sharon was very active in the community and her church, and was always helping and caring for others. After raising her children, Sharon went to work at Flintridge Preparatory School preparing and serving lunches. She also did part time office work for Passport Action Photo Services. She retired in 2005 and moved to Lake Isabella with her husband Mike. Sharon was an avid sports fan and her love of the Los Angeles Lakers was well known by all. She will be forever in our hearts. May she rest in Peace. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, June 6 at St. James Catholic Church in LaCrescenta, CA. Rosary at 11:30 a.m. and Funeral Mass at 12:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association.
