WALLACE CRAFT JANUARY 31, 1944 - OCTOBER 12, 2025

Wallace Craft, “Wally,” age 81, of Cameron Park, California, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday,
October 12, 2025. He was born in Guage, Kentucky, on January 31, 1944, to Geneva and Wilson Craft. Wally
grew up on a small farm in Bunker Hill, Michigan, where his father worked in the motor industry and his
mother tended to the children and crops. After graduating from Leslie High School in 1961, he served in the U.S. Army’s 101st Airborne during the Vietnam War and spent thirteen months in Korea.

Following his three years of military service, he attended and graduated from DeVry University in Chicago in 1966. Wally began his career in technology in the heart of Silicon Valley at Hewlett-Packard. In 1974, he left the security of HP and became employee number thirty-one at a small start-up called Tandem Computers. Through dedication and perseverance, he rose through the ranks at Tandem, building a respected career in the technology sector. His expertise in customer service and knowledge of Asian culture eventually brought him to Malaysia and Singapore, where he met the love of his life, Sindy Rubio, and her son, Khim Rubio Mones. After spending twenty-five years in Asia, Wally retired in 2010 and moved to a home on the golf course in Cameron Park.

He was a kind-hearted, Godly man who loved golf, cooking large family dinners, attending Bible study, and
spending time with his beloved dog, Kianna—who he is now reunited with in Heaven. He was always ready to lend a hand, never hesitating to help others in times of need. He wore his Army hat with pride—a quiet
testament to his service and deep love for his country.

He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Wally is survived by his wife of nearly 30 years, Sindy Rubio Craft; his son, Khim Rubio Mones; his children
from his first marriage, Jeffery Wallace Craft and Jo Ann de Roco; his brother, Stanley Craft; his grandchildren, Megan Geneva Warner and Kurtis Milo Warner; and his great-grandchildren, Lauren Jane Bradburn and Sophia Lynn Bradburn.

Funeral services will be held on October 22 at 1:00 p.m. at Green Valley Mortuary in Cameron Park, California, with a reception to follow.

My significant other, I miss you. How things used to be and when everything was so fine. In the chaos of life, there’s one person who gets me through it all. That is my husband Wally, who is also my best friend. He is God’s greatest blessing to me. He was my everything. We had a wonderful life together. I could not have asked for a more loving husband. We had 27 loving years together. He was my greatest love and greatest gift in life for which I am profoundly grateful. I already miss our life together. Having him was one of the most beautiful parts of life. To love so deeply and to be loved in return -Sindy Craft
